We feature an authentic Italian Made wood burning pizza oven. We use only the finest fruit wood from Palisade, Colorado to impart amazing flavors to your customized "build your own" pizzas. We are the only restaurant in the valley to have the privilege to utilize a wood burning Pizza oven, in fact the entire remodel was done around this very special oven. This oven was manufactured in Italy and shipped to Edwards where it was rebuilt piece by piece. The company was started in 1852 and they have had over a century to perfect this masterpiece of an oven!
